The latest Hoteis Heritage Lisboa hotel has great style and elegance and is located in a fully renovated 18th-century building. Its original façade has been preserved and is now sprinkled with sky blue to distinguish it from other buildings in Lisbon's most famous thoroughfare, Avenida da Liberdade.
Its interior decoration was the responsibility of Miguel Câncio Martins, an internationally renowned architect who was born in Portugal. He is famous for his work in such mythical locations as the Thiou or Buddha Bar in Paris, the Strictly Hush in London or the Man Ray in New York.
Miguel Câncio Martins has combined modern and traditional styles to achieve a perfect balance, creating new communal areas mixing urban style and Lisbon tradition.
