Hoteis Heritage Lisboa has strengthened the importance it places and the investment it makes in the training of its employees.
The factors that differentiate one company from another in the modern market are especially based on their capacity to deal with accelerated and unforecastable change, where the approach of personnel and teams is an essential foundation. In other words, that which mainly distinguishes one hotel from another for a client, besides the physical infrastructures offered, is the human capital. Hoteis Heritage Lisboa has this concept well defined in its management and positioning strategy.
In this perspective, Hoteis Heritage Lisboa, in collaboration with the consultancy company PLAN B / TMI, has provided training over the years to all its employees in the customer service fields. The project running this year is entitled "An Attitude of Excellence", and all of the employees of the As Janelas Verdes, Hotel Britania, Hotel Lisboa Plaza and Solar Do Castelo are participating in this program.
Hoteis Heritage Lisboa's aim, associated to its passion for making its guests feel welcomed, is to provide a small bit of our history, a small portion of the most authentic that Lisbon has to offer. This small chain comprises four hotels, located in the historical centre of Lisbon, with distinct characteristics, but all providing stylish and welcoming atmospheres. |
